The Blue Ridge Lodge by Comfort Inn & Suites offers flexible options for meetings or events large or small. Whether it's a high speed Internet powered training seminar, religious weekend retreat, executive planning session, or incentive trip, our experienced team understands the importance of detail to your event. We also can help with any plans that may be needed for dining reservations or catering services.
Meeting Room (Maximum Capacity 40 persons)
The meeting room is the smaller facility great for corporate meetings, parties, association meetings or private conferences. Available amenities include:
· Wireless Internet access
· Projector & projection screen for audio-visual presentations
· Television & VCR/ DVD player
· Speaker Phone for conference call capabilities
· Copier & Fax Availability
RATES: For half day (approximate 4 hour time block), $75.00 or for an entire day (approximate 8 hour time block), $125.00
Additionally, a $25.00-$50.00 clean up fee will apply if the room is rented for the following: birthday party, anniversary celebration, graduation party, baby shower or similar type event in which food/beverage will be served and additional clean-up is required. The clean-up rate will be on a scaled based upon the number of party attendees.

Banquet Facility (Maximum Capacity 100 persons)
For larger meetings, events and receptions, our unique setting will captivate and inspire everyone in your party leaving a lasting impression. Our lodge style architecture and atmosphere provides a confortable and cozy environment featuring a large rock fireplace with a full exterior wall of glass featuring panoramic mountain views. Most commonly used for wedding rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons, baby showers and family reunions, our unique venue provides that special setting within affordable budgets.
Event Facilities to accommodate 100-200 people
We offer private event facilities off-site for parties or events that exceed 100 people. Lodging Accommodations and packages are also avaliable.
